Just a little note to give you some feed back on the experience we had when our couch was cleaned by "Capital Vacuums".
- My favorite; how quickly someone returned my call and how quickly an appointment was scheduled that worked into our schedule
- the promptness of the worker who arrived to our home at the time discussed. No wondering or waiting when someone was going to actually arrive
- WE LOVE OUR "new" COUCH! Well it looks like new because it's now so clean. We are very, very pleased with the results
- We loved the fact that we were asked to purchased scotch guard to protect our couch. Great idea was thoroughly explained and we defiantly took advantage
- We are more likely to us this service again and WILL recommend Capital Vacuums to our friends and family
- If we had to chose something we did not like about the service, that would be the fact that not all the stains came out. The technician tried but did share that those stains were too old and tough to remove. I guess we should have called for our cleaning sooner.
